This is a great trailer park! It is in great condition. Also, a great bonus is there are many squirrels which are very cute! Even though you are close to Cane Run (a busy road) it is surprisingly quiet. If you are looking for a place to rent, come check this place out.

Love this community! The Management is great and anytime I've ever had a problem they have always gotten right back to me. The maintenance is awesome as well. It's also a quiet and friendly atmosphere

This is one of the cleaner trailer parks in Louisville. I went to visit a friend there, and was really amazed but how clean this place was. Having the streets repaved is very very expensive. However this has recently been repaved. That says a lot about a place if they're willing to put that much money into keeping the streets well maintained. Most of the trailers in here are new, and the ones that aren't are very well maintained. It seems everyone in there drives a fairly new car so that says a lot about the clientele that lives there. I lived in Scenic Acres trailer park. I thought it was one of the nicer trailer parks in Louisville. I was wrong. This one has it beat. The lot rent is cheaper too. The only downside of this trailer park is the area it's located in.

I have rented from here for nine years. I've never had a problem 1 in the community. It's always very quiet and very well maintained. I can call maintenance and they are at my place within an hour to fix whatever problem I have. I couldn't ask to be treated better. Great place to live❤

Writing this review to let others know about our wonderful experience here! First off we contacted Katrina around the end of January and she had us moved in within THREE day's! Very quick and painless process! We were very unsure giving the area of the park and let me tell you we have had ZERO issue's here! Have dealt with Katrina on many occasions and she has been wonderful and helpful each and every time! Our home is BEAUTIFUL and we truly love it here! Our kiddos play with other kiddos in the area, and everyone is very friendly with each other which is a HUGE plus! Would recommend this park to anyone searching for their new home, and actually have on more than one occasion! We never worry that our problems/concerns will be ignored, and mantience is here within a day if we have any issues, which we only had one small problem and it was taken care of immediately! We can tell Kartina truly cares and works very hard to give this community her best, and it shows!

The maintenance crew especially Jerry are so AWESOME!! He takes care of their property and his tenants. Jerry goes out of his way to check on the elderly neighbors there. Gets to know them and their needs. He saved my mom's life. She was sick and he called our family to inform us. We are forever Grateful for Jerry and his kindness. Pioneer Acres is clean and quiet place to reside.

Management went above and beyond to get application approved and purchase process done within a week. The purchase experience was great. Looking forward to moving in and becoming part of the community that looks to be well kept. Thank you Stephanie Joe and Tiffany.

They have trailers for rent and for sale. The community is quiet, yet kid and pet friendly. Please ask for Tiffany. If she doesn't have what you're looking for, she'll bend over backwards to help you find it.

Miss Pamela the landlord is super nice and always so willing to help out in any way she can. Ive been here going on a 3 years and have nothing but great things to say. If u have any complaints or just want to talk she is on top of it! The grounds are well kept and its normally really quiet. Definitely a breath of fresh air from where I came from! This is one of my favorite places ive lived and the home itself is beautiful. It came well equipped with stainless steel appliances as well as brand new Whirlpool washer & dryers! I may never leave! Lol

I bought a beautiful double wide a few months ago at the community and it’s been very nice. My wife and kids love it here! Neighbors are friendly and new management has been great
